江苏联芯半导体科技有限公司（Union Chip），成立于2016年8月，为江苏联合半导体技术有限公司与美国硅谷的半导体领军人才，共同出资组建的中外合资高科技企业，主要面向半导体微电子领域芯片制造设备的设计研发生产，以及进口设备的翻新和再制造等产业。

公司位于张家港国家级的再制造产业示范基地，拥有近3000平方米厂房及办公区域，建设有600平方米的净化厂房及配套电力气体等动力环境设施，能够完整全面地实施设备研发生产及再制造相关工程。公司同时在张家港保税区、美国硅谷和香港等地方，建有设备及备件仓库，为公司的业务开展提供了国内外充分有效的技术资源保障。

公司设备产品涵盖了半导体微电子芯片制造生产线上的氧化扩散、离子注入、光刻、刻蚀、清洗腐蚀、薄膜、CMP、测试，以及激光退火、高真空镀膜等专用设备，业务范围包括：设备的研发生产、翻新再制造、技术支持与服务、备品备件销售等方面，同时，针对生产线建设与改造扩产等项目方面，还提供从国内及国外的设备检查、拆机、包装运输、安装调试、工程设计，以及建设项目管理、工艺技术支持、产品验证通线等方面，提供完整的解决方案（Total Solution）并有效组织实施。

Jiangsu Union Chip Semiconductor Co., Ltd is a sino-foreign joint venture  high-tech enterprise, which was joint contributed by Jiangsu Union Semiconductor Technology Co., Ltd and leading personnel from Silicon Valley, USA, established in Aug. 2016. We mainly focus on the design and development of chip manufacturing equipment in semiconductor microelectronics, as well as the renovation and remanufacturing of imported equipment.

We have warehouse and offices for 3000㎡, with 600㎡ area for purification plant with auxiliary electric power gas and other dynamic facilities, which be able to fully and completely implement the equipment development, manufacturing and the related projects.

Our company have the equipments cover the oxidation of diffusion in production  line of semiconductor microelectronics chip manufacturing, ion implantation, lithography, etching, cleaning corrosion, film, CMP, testing, and special equipment such as laser annealing, high vacuum coating, includes R&D, refurbishment and remanufacturing of equipment, technical support and service, spare parts sales and ect. At the same time, the for the aspects of construction and retrofits projects, we offer from domestic and foreign for inspection, de-installation, crating & transportation, debugging & installation, project design, and management of project, technology support, product validation for production and ect. to provide total solution and effective implementation.
